DaFin – Refund, Exchange
To return fins for a refund or exchange you must first obtain an RMA #. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing what you want to do and we will reply.
Once you have received the RMA # from us, include it in the return package and ship the fins to:

Shipping cost for the return will be at your expense. Fins may be shipped with or
with out the original box. The US Post Office provides free boxes for Priority Mail
shipments that can hold one pair of fins or you may choose to return by FedEx or UPS Ground.
1. Return for Refund
You may return your fins for a full refund, less original shipping cost, as long as they have not been used. When the returned fins are received at the warehouse, a refund will be made to your CREDIT CARD or PayPal acct. Do not ship fins to us without having an RMA#.
2. Return for Exchange
You may exchange your fins for a different size or color as long as they have not been used. Along with your RMA# we will send you a digital coupon code which you can use on our website to order a new pair of fins in a different size or color at no cost. You pay only shipping. When the returned fins are received at the warehouse, your new order will be shipped. Do not ship fins to us without having an RMA#.
